Welcome, Boss Builder! We're excited that you've chosen to invest in yourself and your business. Please review the following terms before purchasing your mentorship session.

Power Hour — $97

Includes one private, 60-minute mentorship session focused on your individual business goals, questions, and learning needs.

Boss Builder Bundle — $249

Includes three private, 60-minute mentorship sessions (three hours total). Sessions are scheduled individually based on mutual availability and must be completed within 90 calendar days of purchase.

All mentorship sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise agreed upon. Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Purchasing the three-session bundle does not automatically schedule all three appointments. Clients will coordinate their individual sessions directly with LS Customz Academy.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to request a reschedule. Requests are subject to availability.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of LS Customz Academy.

Full payment is required before mentorship services are provided.

All mentorship purchases are non-refundable, including unused sessions, missed appointments, and expired bundles, except where required by applicable law.

All three sessions included in the Boss Builder Bundle must be used within 90 calendar days of the original purchase date. Unused sessions expire after that period and do not roll over.

Sessions may cover DTF printing, AI tools and content creation, business development, branding, marketing, and related creative business skills.

Mentorship is customized to each client's goals. Specific business results, sales, revenue, or financial success are not guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, having reliable internet access, preparing their questions, and completing any recommended activities independently.

By purchasing mentorship services through LS Customz Academy, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
