ORDER PROCESSING & TURNAROUND
Standard orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom, bulk, or specialty orders may require additional processing time. Turnaround time begins after payment is received and all required order details, artwork, sizes, colors, and approvals have been provided.

CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN APPROVAL
Please review all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and other custom details carefully before approving your design. Once a custom design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible. LS Customz is not responsible for errors that were included in information provided or approved by the customer.

DTF & UV DTF TRANSFERS
Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished transfer due to differences in monitors, devices, materials, and printing. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct transfer size and following the appropriate application instructions. LS Customz is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, temperature, pressure, placement, or use.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made-to-order, personalized, or produced specifically for your order, all sales are final once production has begun. If there is an issue caused by LS Customz, please contact us promptly so we can review the order and work toward an appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please verify your shipping information before completing your order. LS Customz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If an order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and retain the packaging and photos for documentation.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. Purchasing a digital design does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or grant permission to resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce the digital file unless commercial-use rights are specifically stated in the product listing.
